Job Responsibilities or Description:
Monitor work queue daily and perform task according to SLA requirements
Verify loan notes on the file and check loan status
Review and analyze various Mtg documents
Maintain daily workflow prioritization to ensure pipeline management meets required closing dates
Ensure documentation meets investor/ Eagle guidelines
Prepare commitment letter
Go through the file to make sure all documentations are there in order to move forward with the file.
Send out NOI letters to the borrower or Loan Officer if items are missing.
Review different documentations to make sure they are in compliance and accurate according to SunTrust guidelines
Order Verbal VOEs
Upload documents to STMP
Pull MERS,
Perform website searches.
Pull DLQ4 Screen from Fidelity to review payment
Contact Title Company if Title was not ordered and place the order
Run checks on the Exclusionary List and GSA, and HUD Limited Denial of Participation List
Qualification:
Any Graduate
Freshers
Respond to customer queries via inbound/outbound calls and emails within defined SLA’s
Record interaction using client system with proper classification
Refer Knowledge base and perform task as per defined process
Follow up and closure of interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
Passionate about customer service
Comfortable with Rotational shifts, extended working hours and weekly offs.
Candidate should clear the V&A and online typing tests
